Quality: We sell
only the finest quality products & offer them at prices that
provide you with excellent value. We do our best to help you select
the tool that is suitable for your particular needs.

PDI (Pre-Delivery
Inspection): Whenever
possible, we assemble, fine tune & carefully demonstrate the
proper and safe use of all new products including maintenance &
storage tips. A one-time PDI charge will be included on your invoice
for some products we sell.

Satisfaction:
Most new equipment comes
with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you do not feel the
piece of equipment you purchased meets your needs, it may (in most
cases) be exchanged for another item or returned for a store
credit. This does not apply to used equipment. In some cases a
purchase may be returned for a refund at the discretion of Don
Dickey Supplies. Any returned product must be in “like new”
condition or a charge will apply to return equipment to this
condition. For goods that were shipped to you, those goods must be
sent freight prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

Parts & Accessories:
We maintain an excellent
supply of replacement parts & accessories for your equipment.
We can ship to you, anywhere in Canada.
Regular stocking parts may be returned within 30 days if in saleable
condition. Please ask us for details. All special order parts are
non-returnable as the manufacturer will not take any of these parts
back. Certain other parts are non-returnable including any
electrical parts & carburetor kits where the package has been
opened.

Service:
All repairs are performed
by government certified and factory trained technicians. We
are authorized to perform service including warranty on many brands
& types of equipment. All repairs come with a 90-day parts & labor
warranty. A 30-day warranty applies to commercial users, although
sometimes exceptions will be made depending on the circumstances. A
minimum charge is in effect for all estimates. Warranty only
applies to the specific work that was performed, not other areas
that may be unrelated. We will repair equipment under a
manufacturers warranty policy within the specific warranty period,
according to the manufacturers guidelines.

Shipping Charges:
We are not
responsible for damaged shipments. You will need to contact the
delivery service for reimbursement. Let us know at the time of your
order if you would like to purchase shipping insurance. We
will give you an estimate on the freight charge at that time. All
returns must be authorized by Don Dickey Supplies & you will be
responsible for return freight charges.

Credit Card Purchases:
In many cases we will be unable to accept credit card numbers over
the phone however, if we do accept your credit card number as a
method of payment
we will use your credit card number only for the purposes of your
specific transaction and we do not store your private information or
credit card number unless requested by you for the purpose of
future transactions.
